Gift Card Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a gift card from The Dream Clean Team, you agree to the following terms:
1. Redemption & Usage
- Gift cards may be redeemed only for services provided by The Dream Clean Team, including cleaning services.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- Partial balances remain on the card and can be used toward future services.
2. Expiration
- All paid gift cards are valid for five(5) years from the date of purchase, as permitted by applicable law.
- The expiration date is printed on the gift card or included in the confirmation email at time of purchase.
- Gift cards not used within five (5) years of purchase will be considered expired and void.
3. Promotional Cards
- Gift cards issued for promotional purposes, charity events, giveaways, or employee incentives may carry shorter expiration dates or additional restrictions, as clearly stated at the time of issuance.
4. Fees
- No inactivity, dormancy, or service fees apply to our gift cards.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
- Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase and the original gift card number.
- If verified, replacement may be issued with the remaining balance, if any.
6. Limitations
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be reloaded.
- The Dream Clean Team reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud, misuse, or tampering is suspected.
7. Compliance
- This policy complies with the Credit CARD Act of 2009 and Florida Statute §501.95.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without affecting previously issued gift cards.
